An environment designed with 6th-8th grade students in mind.
Transit is completly fueled by our volunteers.
Some of our volunteer roles are:
This team is a friendly presence in the hallways as students arrive. Guest Service Team members greet students, help point first-timers in the right direction, and answer questions.
This volunteer team plays a key role in shaping the spiritual and social bonds that connect small group students. Through student events, independent group outings, and regular communication, small group leaders and students form an intimate community where trust is central. The small group experience is the cornerstone of our student ministry.
This team consists of production volunteers who help bring a dynamic worship experience alive, complete with a live band and inspirational speakers. Technical volunteers work behind the scenes to execute important elements for large group worship, including lyrics, videos, computer graphics, and more. No experience is necessary. You will be trained and equipped to be successful on this team.
Live teaching is an important part of what we do in Transit! Using Grow Curriculum, we strive to equip and empower communicators to teach in our large group environments.
If you have a desire to serve in students but on only available on occasion, this is the place for you! Whenever we have special events (Friendsgiving, Camp, Vertical Reality, etc) we need extra volunteers to help pull things off and that someone could be you!
