All of us have days were we have to look at someone and have to say, “I’m sorry, I’m just not at my best today.” We all experience situations where we are faced with a decision where we know what we should do – even what we want to do – but we end up doing the very thing we know we didn’t want to do. At times it seems as if there is a battle going on in us between the person we want to be and the person we are. So how do we win that battle? How do we move from the me I don’t want to be to the me I want to be?
