An Act of Worship

Jesus says where you put your treasure, that’s where your heart’s going to be. Yet, as a Church, we shy away from talking about the thing that Jesus says competes with our loyalty to him: money. When we begin to trust in God, specifically with our money, we are able to overcome control, fear and worry. As we trust God and follow him in a generous life, he is faithful to meet all of our needs. When we begin to trust God with our money, generosity can flow from that trust and we can use that generosity as a way to of worship.
