Every person experiencing grief needs a place to share with others and to be encouraged to move on to our next chapter, or even just to turn to the next page in their grief. Chapter 4 is a conversational group meeting together to discover hope and healing after the loss of a loved one. This is an open group. Audience: Individuals experiencing grief and loss, men/women Duration: Ongoing, 2nd Saturday of each month, 11am – 1pm
Free Time for Me
Free Time for Me is a caregiver support group with the emphasis on “ME”, the caregiver. This is an open group helping caregivers find hope in what sometimes feels like a hopeless situation. Audience: Individuals providing regular care for ill or aging spouses and parents. Duration: Ongoing, 2nd Saturday of each month, 2pm – 4pm
